What are the problems you are encountering?
The preceptor didn’t attend the conference call as they had an urgent matter. Arrangements were made to send the preceptor a direct email; however, the professor in case of need.
What do you want to do in your practicum?
Support the implementation of the EHR system.
Minimize medication errors by optimizing medication documentation and workflow.
Enhance health care providers’ communication with each other.
