Capstone Topic / PICOT Guidance

Highlighting of a well-defined PICOT question in the former paper. Faculty reiterated the significance of the problem statement, outcomes, interventions, and comparison of the capstone and future nursing leadership projects.

1. Develop and finalize PICOT question for first paper.

Capstone Paper Structure

Talked about the fact that the first paper (Assessment 2) is going to be the most time-consuming. New information will be incorporated into the final paper later (3, 4, 5), which will carry over into graduation.

2. Organize papers 2–5 into the final capstone document, ensuring proficient areas are addressed.

Practicum / Clinical Experience

New practicum outline (6085 course) addressed. Students come ready, and they do not waste time learning the basic processes. The differences with the previous course 6030 are emphasized (more hours in 6085).

3. Complete practicum hours according to 6085 requirements.
