The first thing one must do so as to allocate time well is to estimate the number of hours each major activity requires in a week. With good organization, people can make sure that career, academic, and personal goals are integrated harmoniously by ensuring that tasks that count most towards the realization of goals are given priority.- Studying for an Exam (Academic): The most important issue to me is studying towards a specific exam, which happens on Thursday, and this defines ratings and course progression. It is done by reading over the significant material, as well as working through the past papers and other tests and quizzes, to be in a perfect state of understanding what the candidate expects and to be ready well in advance of the test or quiz. The time organization strategy selected is the division of the week into academic, career, and personal/family activities that will be prioritized based on the impact and urgency. In this manner of organising tasks, I make sure that every area is given specific time and attention. As an example, academic activities like preparing exams and writing assignments are planned at the beginning of the week and during the most active focus hours to make the most out of them, as they are directly connected to academic success, which will eventually lead to career advancement (Wu et al., 2021). Tasks associated with the career, such as workshops and networking programmes, will be prioritized later in the week, and the academic tasks will be performed beforehand and improving career advancement and not making it a competition with other priorities. Family time and household chores, which are necessary to maintain overall well-being and a positive environment, are scheduled on the weekend and establish a work-life balance and prevent burnout. To improve this strategy, I referred to such sources as a weekly overview graph, which implies that time should be computed by task to prevent underestimating the amount of work to do on various activities or overestimating it (Wolters and Brady, 2020). This summary was able to provide finer time blocks in such a way that there was enough attention given to each activity without the danger of overlapping. In addition, the idea of task alignment with personal and professional objectives was used in that urgent or impactful tasks (such as studying or attending workshops) had to be prioritized, but balanced with personal ones.
